OENOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS
INODOSE GRANULES come in the form of small, white, solid granules (1 to 5 mm) that are odourless.
They release a precise dose of water-dispersible SO2 into the must or wines, making it easier to carry out the sulphating operation.
INODOSE GRANULES are used particularly during the sulphating of musts and the readjustment of wines before clarification.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNING :
DO NOT USE INODOSE GRANULES on wines or mistelles that are already clarified or ready for bottling. Disperse the INODOSE GRANULES on the total surface area of the wines to be treated.
The mass of granules must be adapted to the SO2 dosage you require and the volume to be treated.

Example of readjustment :
Volume of wine to be sulphited = 100 hL
Dose to add = 1g per hL of SO2
i.e. 100 g of SO2 for the vat
INODOSE GRANULES to be added = 1 x 100 g SO2 or 2 x 50 g
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
INODOSE GRANULES come in the form of pre-measured bags. The various packs are :
• INODOSE GRANULES 25 : release 25 g of PURE SO2.
• INODOSE GRANULES 50 : release 50 g of PURE SO2.
• INODOSE GRANULES 100 : release 100 g of PURE SO2.
• INODOSE GRANULES 400 : release 400 g of PURE SO2.
