Sterilfiltrering af op til 100 L vin med PALL kapselfilter 0.2 um (se Gundersens bog side 221)

  • Supor membrane has high flow rates and throughputs, and is ideal for solutions where low protein binding is required. Not recommended for use with some ketones.
  • Built-in prefilter extends filter life when particulate-laden solutions, such as serum-containing media, are processed.

PALL kapsel-sterilfiltre er hobbyvinmagerens billigste hjælpemiddel til sterilfiltrering af op til 20 L vin, enten for at fjerne al gær undervejs i gæringen for at opnå en sød vin, eller for at fjerne  vinfejlen overfladegær (Candida Mycoderma) –  også kaldet “flor”, samt for at fjerne et angreb af eddikesyrebaketrier, eller blot for helt at klarere vinen.  

Metoden er beskrevet i Gundersens bog på side 21, og kan gennemføres både med og uden tryktank, blot ved at indsætte filtret ved en omstikning.  Vinen bør dog være bedst muligt klareret inden sterilfiltreringen, eller vil det tætte sterilfilter klotte til undervejs.
