    For added convenience, Chr. Hansen offers their non-Saccharomyces yeast strains in a mixed cultures format. Vinilfora® Melody™ is a blend of three yeast stains, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (60%), Torulaspora delbrueckii (20%) and Lachancea thermotolerans (20%). Melody is well suited for dry white wines and high end Chardonnay.

    Viniflora RYTHM er 60% Saccharomyces cerevasia og  40% Lachancea thermotolerans (formerly Klyveromyces thermotolerans) ,
    Viniflora® RHYTHM is a unique blend of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Kluyveromyces thermotolerans ensuring a safe and reliable alcoholic fermentation in both red and white wines. The strains have been especially selected for their flavor impact in wine as well as their enhancement of complexity and mouthfeel in the wine. Furthermore, the strains are selected for their good compatibility with malolactic bacteria cultures, ensuring a successful malolactic fermentation (MLF).
