The Housing 30″ 2-bay filter with Bypass is an instrument used in the filtration stage which precedes bottling to carry out a complete cleaning, sterilisation and cold polishing of beer, wine, fruit juices or other food liquids. Thanks to the “integrated bypass system”, it is possible to filter the liquid at the same time with three different degrees of filtration or to exclude one or bays as needed. 

The structure of the equipment includes three 30″ AISI 316 stainless steel bays that assure maximum hygiene and safety in beverage filtration operations and ensure the removal of yeast cells and bacteria, minimising any alteration of the final product. 

Housing 30″ filter cartridges range in pore size from 0.1 to 50 µm with a working capacity of up to 700 L/h. 

Compact and resistant even under severe operating conditions, therefore the materials used for the Housing 30″ filter are able to offer a high level of quality. In addition, the possibility of disassembling the various components simplifies the cleaning of the equipment after its use.
