Beskrivelse
INODOSE 5 SULFUROUS PRODUCTS
Maximum legally permitted quantities in accordance with Annex 1B of the CE Regulation No. 606/2009.
OENOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS
INODOSE 5 contains potassium metabisulphite releasing 5 g of sulphur dioxide when added to must or wine.
It is particularly useful when low doses of sulphur dioxide are required, for example when wines are being aged in
barrel.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The amount of sulphur dioxide required needs to be calculated from the current sulphur dioxide level in the product together with the volume liquid involved.
DOSE RATE
One tablet of INODOSE 5 releases 5g of SO2.
When sulfiting, it is necessary to adapt the number of tablets to the quantity of SO2 desired and the volume of wine
to be treated.
Example:
• Volume of wine to be re-sulfited: 10 hL
• Recommended re-adjustment quantity: 1 g/hL • Number of INODOSE 5 tablets: 2 tablets.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
INODOSE 5 is supplied in blister packs containing 28 or 48 tablets.
Once the blister has been opened, the tablets should be used immediately.
Store in a dry environment which is well ventilated at a temperature between 5 and 25 °C. The recommended use by date is marked on the packaging.
Xi : Irritating
R 31 : Liberates a toxic gas if in contact with an acid.
R 36/37 : Irritant for eyes and respiratory system.
S 26 : In case of contact with eyes, rinse abundantly with a lot of cold water and consult a specialist. S 44 : If you feel unwell, consult a doctor (show him the label if possible).
