The Fibreno 10 crusher-stemmer is a professional-quality model designed to accompany professionals and wine enthusiasts in the grape destemming and grape pressing stages. Characterised by a manual drive with a flywheel, the Fibreno 10 crusher-stemmer allows an hourly output of around 1000 kg: ideal for the needs of small producers.
This model incorporates a sheet metal frame that guarantees both robustness and strength, while the internal stainless steel grid, combined with the internal sealed bearings, preserves the product from moisture and water.
The hopper of the Fibreno 10 manual destemmer measures 50 x 97 cm and incorporates inclined walls designed to facilitate the loading of the raw material. The internal rollers made of aluminium have a length of 220 mm and allow optimal processing: it is the ideal tool for adding quality to your productions.
