OENOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS
NUTRIFLORE PDC is a natural lactic bacteria activator based on deactivated yeasts selected for their high level of growth factors.
NUTRIFLORE PDC activates bacterial enzymatic systems by providing the medium with the specific vitamins, minerals and amino acids needed as nutrients. The latter’s presence ensures an accelerated yeast starter solution process.

What’s more, NUTRIFLORE PDC can also improve the growth and viability of lactic bacteria. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Concentration: 25 g/100L (per 100 litres of starter solution).
Add the NUTRIFLORE PDC to the malolactic yeast starter solution at the same time as inoculating with lactic bacteria.
For best consistency, prepare as a suspension beforehand in a small quantity of water or wine.

PROPERTIES
Deactivated yeast: proportion of organic nitrogen <10% of the dry matter.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
Bags of 250g til 1000 L starterkultur (Pied de Cuvée).
Store in a cool, dry place free of odours. Once the bag has been opened, the product must be used quickly and cannot be kept stored.

Beskrivelse

Nutriflore PDC (Pied de Cuvée) er IOC’s bud på næringssalte, vitaminer, og tørret gær, som anvendes for at opnå en mere effektiv, hurtigere og sikrere malolactisk behandling under vanskelige forhold i forbindelse med sure basisvine til mousserende vin fremstilling.

Nutriflore tilsættes den obligatorisk starterkulktur (Pied de Cuvée) samtidig med de malolactiske bakterier, hvor IOC’s  foretrukne Oenococcus Oeni stammne kaldes INOBACTER, og som forhandsler explicit at IOC

Anvendelse: 25 gram pr. 100 L strartkultur

Pakning (plastybeholder) 250 gram = 1000 L starterkultur
