Alpha II wine analyzer fra Bruker er et alternativt til en dobbelt så dyr Winescan fra Foss, eller lidt dyrere Antob Paar Lyza 5000 wine analyzer..
FTIR analyser er brugt i mange forskellige applikationer, f.eks. som vist i nedenstående video for test af plastik-kvalitet. Alpha II apparat kan således måle både på flydende prøver som most, vin og cider, men også på faste prøver f.eks. sedimeteret gær (Lees). Der findes desværre endnu ikke en specific demo-Video for den nyudviklede Wine Analyzer Alpha II.
