Denne Antan Paar Lyza 5000 FTIR multiparameter most, vin- og cider analyzer bestemmer semi-automatisk en lang række analytiske parametre ud fra en FTIR basert spektral analyse kombineret med chemometri i kalibrerede prøver af øl, vin, cider og andre ethanoldige væsker., samt drue- og frugtmost.
Udstyret kan udvides med en autosampler.
